Citrus Vinaigrette
Our Citrus Vinaigrette has a beautifully bright flavor that will perk up any salad. What gives this salad dressing its uniqueness? We used fresh ingredients, as well as sweet and savory elements, to create this lovely vinaigrette. For a twist on the typical citrus salad dressing recipes, we used the juice and zest of clementines, lemon, fresh rosemary, coarse Dijon mustard, and a beautiful extra virgin olive oil. Simple ingredients, but when combined, they make the perfect vinaigrette to dress our Fresh Citrus Salad. This recipe is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, healthy, and super delicious!
Fresh Citrus Salad
Two types of greens, a few sweet and salty ingredients, and a beautiful citrus dressing, make this Fresh Citrus Salad a delight to serve and enjoy! This salad has a lovely balance of crunchy texture and sweet and salty flavor, with ingredients like peppery arugula, crisp spinach, caramelized shallots, honey roasted almonds, and our beautiful clementine based Citrus Vinaigrette (recipe coming soon). Crumbled feta cheese gives it a deliciously salty and creamy finish. It’s a great salad to make when you are entertaining!
Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho
Smooth and silky on the tongue, this delightful Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho has layers of complex flavor in each spoonful that will leave you wanting more. Gazpacho makes a fun hors d’oeuvre when served in a small glass, or a great first course, and it is a lovely light lunch when paired with a crisp salad. The fresh flavor in this clean eating recipe for cold summer soup will leave you energized and loving gazpacho again.
Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding
Dragon fruit has an insanely beautiful and vibrant color that makes everything you add it to just gorgeous! This Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding is no exception. Our recipe transforms boring chia seed pudding into a tasty and healthy treat that is visually appealing! To give this non-dairy dessert extra flavor, we combined coconut milk, vanilla, pure maple syrup, and cinnamon. If you really want to pimp it up, top it with toasted coconut and even blueberries...so yummy! This chia pudding makes a great snack, or a nutritious meal prep breakfast, too.
Spicy Roasted Broccoli
Just 5 ingredients in this flavorful recipe for Spicy Roasted Broccoli. Inspired by the a spicy seasoning that is used to make Pici all’Aglione (Tuscan Pasta), this broccoli is roasted to perfection with olive oil, Italian Seasoning Aglione, and lemon. Right out of the oven, this dish is finished with lemon juice, and a light sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. This quick & easy side dish is deliciously healthy, keto, gluten-free, and vegetarian, and can easily be made vegan & dairy-free! Don’t be surprised if this recipe becomes your go-to side dish for all occasions!
Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
This easy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta dish combines our Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce with whole grain penne, toasted pine nuts, and some fresh basil. As the finishing touch, drizzle on some extra virgin olive oil, and top with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. This pasta dish is amazing with our fresh sauce, or our Easy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, but you can always use your favorite jarred red pepper sauce for a super quick and tasty meal. This pasta is simply delicious!
Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
This Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is the perfect complement to fish, chicken, gnocchi, and pasta. Fresh red peppers are roasted (or grilled), then simmered with garlic, fresh herbs, wine, and a few other ingredients to bring out the amazing flavor in this sauce. It’s a great make ahead recipe, and gets better over time. Easy, delicious, and versatile, this recipe is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free! We also offer a few variations of this recipe to make it richer, or more refined.
Vegan Oat Bars
Oats, chunky almond butter, dark chocolate, and tart dried cherries, make these Vegan Oat Bars a tasty and healthy treat. Packed with almond pulp and other wholesome ingredients, these dessert-like energy bars will curb your hunger for hours. Almond Milk
This Almond Milk is so thick and creamy, and is ridiculously easy to make. Homemade almond milk has a decadent mouthfeel, but it is healthy, full of nutrients, and free of additives and stabilizers. It can be made unsweetened or sweetened with no refined sugar. It is quite delicious and the best part is it makes amazing lattes! This homemade almond milk actually froths like cream! And, there are so many recipes you can make with almond pulp, which is a byproduct of this recipe.
Ginger Simple Syrup
Our Ginger Simple Syrup has the perfect depth of ginger flavor, without being overly pungent. It’s delicious in hot tea, a wonderful sweetener for cocktails, and a refreshing change when drizzled on pancakes. Whether you like a light touch, or a major punch of ginger, this recipe is easily customizable. The bonus is you end up with candied or crystallized ginger for snacking!
Kumquat Marmalade
This Kumquat Marmalade is bright in both color and flavor! It’s tart and sweet, and can be used in a variety of ways. Our small batch freezer jam recipe requires no canning, and uses no pectin or refined sugar! For a treat, try topping some vanilla bean ice cream with slightly warmed kumquat marmalade. If you have never made jam, this is a great place to start!
Potato Tacos (Tacos de Papa)
These are not your ordinary Potato Tacos (Tacos de Papa). Bringing more authentic tastes of Mexico, these tacos de papa have so much flavor! We reduced the amount of oil to make this a little healthier than the traditional deep fried tacos de papa, and increased the flavor in the filling to make them absolutely delicious!
Mild Three Chile Salsa
This quick, smoky salsa can easily be made extra mild or super spicy, and is delicious as a dip or a topping on tacos, tamales, enchiladas, and more. Crank up the heat and use it as a hot sauce for anything that needs some extra flavor! Our 3 step recipe is really tasty and so ridiculously quick and easy, that you will likely never want to buy salsa again!
Instant Pot Steamed Potatoes
What’s the big deal about steamed potatoes? If they are perfectly cooked, these little gems are deliciously creamy, and pretty much go with everything! Our Instant Pot Steamed Potatoes are great to serve with stews, for making potato tacos or smashed potatoes, and as a side dish for any meal. Dress them up however you like!
Healthy Mediterranean Penne
This Healthy Mediterranean Penne is garlicky, lemony, a little spicy, and so delicious!
