Our recipe transforms boring chia seed pudding into a tasty and healthy treat that is visually appealing! To give this non-dairy dessert extra flavor, we combined coconut milk, vanilla, pure maple syrup, and cinnamon. If you really want to pimp it up, top it with toasted coconut and even blueberries...so yummy! This chia pudding makes a great snack, or a nutritious meal prep breakfast, too.
Spicy Roasted Broccoli
Just 5 ingredients in this flavorful recipe for Spicy Roasted Broccoli. Inspired by the a spicy seasoning that is used to make Pici all’Aglione (Tuscan Pasta), this broccoli is roasted to perfection with olive oil, Italian Seasoning Aglione, and lemon. Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
This easy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta dish combines our Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce with whole grain penne, toasted pine nuts, and some fresh basil. As the finishing touch, drizzle on some extra virgin olive oil, and top with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. This pasta dish is amazing with our fresh sauce, or our Easy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, but you can always use your favorite jarred red pepper sauce for a super quick and tasty meal. This pasta is simply delicious!
Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
This Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is the perfect complement to fish, chicken, gnocchi, and pasta. Fresh red peppers are roasted (or grilled), then simmered with garlic, fresh herbs, wine, and a few other ingredients to bring out the amazing flavor in this sauce. It’s a great make ahead recipe, and gets better over time. Easy, delicious, and versatile, this recipe is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free! We also offer a few variations of this recipe to make it richer, or more refined.
Toffee Caramel Ice Cream Pie
Perfect for summer weather, our Toffee Caramel Ice Cream Pie is ridiculously easy and absolutely yummy! This decadent dessert tastes sinful, but doesn’t leave you weighed down like most ice cream mud pies. A delicious light caramel swirl ice cream is smoothed into our quick and easy vanilla wafer crust. It’s topped with toffee bits, and drizzled with warmed caramel sauce just before serving. This is a classic French lemon tart recipe (Tarte au Citron) that is surprisingly easy to make and incredibly delicious. It can be made unsweetened or sweetened with no refined sugar. It is quite delicious and the best part is it makes amazing lattes! This homemade almond milk actually froths like cream! And, there are so many recipes you can make with almond pulp, which is a byproduct of this recipe.
Ginger Simple Syrup
Our Ginger Simple Syrup has the perfect depth of ginger flavor, without being overly pungent. It’s delicious in hot tea, a wonderful sweetener for cocktails, and a refreshing change when drizzled on pancakes. Whether you like a light touch, or a major punch of ginger, this recipe is easily customizable. The bonus is you end up with candied or crystallized ginger for snacking!
Kumquat Marmalade
This Kumquat Marmalade is bright in both color and flavor! It’s tart and sweet, and can be used in a variety of ways. Our small batch freezer jam recipe requires no canning, and uses no pectin or refined sugar! For a treat, try topping some vanilla bean ice cream with slightly warmed kumquat marmalade. If you have never made jam, this is a great place to start!
Cherry Marzipan Galette
This delightful Cherry Marzipan Galette is a simple, yet elegant dessert. What’s not to love about pairing almonds and cherries in a rustic tart?! We combined sweet and tart cherries along with marzipan, to give this lovely little galette a beautiful balance of flavors. The result, when baked in a buttery homemade crust, is a warm and luscious bite of cherries with just a hint of marzipan. Top with vanilla bean ice cream or homemade whipped cream, to complete this heavenly dessert.
Healthy Cashews
Our Healthy Cashews are a full-fledged superfood snack, really yummy, and very addicting! This quick and easy, healthy snack is lightly coated with natural honey and sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt. These nuts have a nice balance of sweet and salty flavor, and the crunchy chia seeds add a lovely mild, nutty texture to this healthy snack or appetizer.

Chai Spice Bundt Cake
This Chai Spice Cake is subtly spiced and so moist and delicious. The flavors of chai tea infuse this delectably tender cake, to result in a lovely Bundt cake that tastes wonderful on its own, and simply amazing when drizzled with my Quick Orange Glaze. It is perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, but it’s so good that it really can be enjoyed anytime!
Epic Chicken Nachos
Prepare your palate for the ultimate nachos! This Epic Chicken Nachos recipe is loaded with fresh ingredients, each of which have lots of flavor, and are actually good for you. Instead of standard chips, we used black bean flaxseed tortilla chips to boost the protein, fiber, and flavor of this dish. The result is a sheet pan full of deliciously loaded nachos that can generously serve 4 for a main dish, or 8 appetizer portions. This gluten-free recipe can also be converted to vegetarian!
Potato Tacos (Tacos de Papa)
These are not your ordinary Potato Tacos (Tacos de Papa). Bringing more authentic tastes of Mexico, these tacos de papa have so much flavor! We reduced the amount of oil to make this a little healthier than the traditional deep fried tacos de papa, and increased the flavor in the filling to make them absolutely delicious!
Mild Three Chile Salsa
This quick, smoky salsa can easily be made extra mild or super spicy, and is delicious as a dip or a topping on tacos, tamales, enchiladas, and more. Crank up the heat and use it as a hot sauce for anything that needs some extra flavor! Our 3 step recipe is really tasty and so ridiculously quick and easy, that you will likely never want to buy salsa again!
